Eminem is getting divorced - again.
The 'Slim Shady' rapper is to split from wife Kim Mathers less than three months after they tied the knot for the second time.
The couple have two children, 10-year-old Hailie Jade, who is their biological daughter, and Alaina, Kim's niece, who they adopted.
Divorce papers were filed at the Macomb County clerk's office on Wednesday (05.04.06) under his real name, Marshall Bruce Mathers III.
The hip-hop legend and Kim, 31, were high school sweethearts and got married for the first time in 1999 but divorced two years later.
They patched things up in late 2004, and last December (05), Eminem, 33, revealed the couple had reconciled and "were probably going to remarry".
On January 14th (06) they walked down the aisle for the second time at Brook Hall Mansion in Rochester, Michigan, in front of family and friends, including 50 Cent.
However, Eminem's grandmother was furious he remarried Kim.
At the time, 66-year-old Betty Kresin said the rapper was "stupid" for tying the knot with her again without first making her sign a prenuptial agreement to protect his fortune.
She said: "She's just after his money. Kim will take everything.
"She wouldn't want to get married so quick if he'd got a pre-nup."

Eminem's estranged wife says she was shocked when her husband filed for divorce.
Kim Mathers - who tied the knot with the 'Slim Shady' star for the second time in January – is confused by his decision and says she still wants to sort things out.
In an interview with a US radio station, the 31-year-old - who hasn't spoken to Eminem in six weeks - said: "I don't want to get divorced.
"I was hoping he was going to come home and say, `I got us a marriage counsellor, let's go.' But you know it didn't work out that way.
"I got an attorney at the door instead."
The couple's first marriage lasted two years, ending in 2001, and their second attempt imploded after just 83 days.
Kim blames their problems on her spouse’s alleged ongoing addiction to sleeping pills - for which he received treatment last year.
However, in a statement released on Thursday (06.04.06), the rapper said: "A few of Kim's statements need to be addressed.
"First, her allegations regarding my status post-rehab are both untrue and unfortunate. Second, she was aware that I was filing for divorce.
"We both tried to give our marriage another chance and quickly realised that a wedding doesn't fix the underlying problems."

Pop icon Gene Pitney died of a suspected heart attack yesterday (05.04.06).
The '24 Hours From Tulsa' singer was found dead in his room at the Hilton Hotel in Cardiff, Wales, just hours after wowing fans at a concert.
The 65-year-old - who was in the middle of a UK tour - was lying on his bed fully-clothed.
Tour manager James Kelly said: "He was found on his back, as if he had gone for a lie down. It looks as if there was no pain."
A hotel source revealed to Britain's The Sun newspaper: "We have been told the most likely cause of death is a heart attack."
Fans and friends have been paying tribute to the star, who shot to fame in the 60s.
Music legend Burt Bacharach, who wrote many of Pitney's biggest hits, told Britain's BBC website: "He was a rare talent and a beautiful man, and his voice was unlike any other."
Singer Marc Almond, who sang with Pitney on the reworked version of 'Something's Gotten Hold of My Heart', said he was "deeply saddened and shocked" by the news.
He added: "It was an honour to have worked with him.
"He was a great, unique singer of great, unique songs."
Pitney is survived by his wife Lynne and three sons.

Gene Pitney's body is to be flown back to the US now a post-mortem has revealed he died of natural causes.
The 60s pop icon was found dead in his room at the Hilton Hotel in Cardiff, Wales, just hours after wowing fans at a concert.
It has been revealed the 65-year-old - who was in the middle of a UK tour - died in his sleep.
Tour promoter Mark Howes has said arrangements are now being made to fly Pitney back to Connecticut so his family can begin funeral arrangements.

Mariah Carey is to launch her own signature fragrance.
The ‘Glitter’ actress has signed a deal with Elizabeth Arden to produce the new scent, which she's hinted will be inspired by white flowers.
Elizabeth Arden chairman E. Scott Beattie said: "She is, unquestionably, a star of incredible magnitude. All over the world, people aspire to the values she represents.
"We look forward to launching an inspiring new global fragrance brand with Mariah that will be a timeless classic."
The perfume will be available in department stores next spring.
Meanwhile, Mariah has been hotly-tipped to star in new movie 'Tennessee' - despite being lambasted for being a bad actress.
The star – who was widely panned for her performance in 'Glitter' in 2001 - has been lined up to play a waitress who joins two brothers on a mission to find their long lost father.
Mariah, who was once named the third worst pop star/actor of all time, will start shooting in New Mexico and Tennessee this spring if she wins the role.

The Rolling Stones are getting ready to rock China - after being stopped from performing there twice already.
The band - who are due to perform in front of 8,500 people on the Shanghai Grand Stage on Saturday (08.04.06) - first tried to put on a show there 25 years ago but Chinese officials refused to give the go ahead.
The rockers - fronted by Sir Mick Jagger - tried again in 2003 but had to scrap two shows due to an outbreak of breathing disease SARS.
Even though the band have now been allowed to perform, Chinese censors have laid down strict guidelines about lyrics they can and can't sing.
Last time, they were told they could not perform a host of classic hits including 'Honky Tonk Woman', 'Brown Sugar', 'Beast of Burden' and 'Let's Spend the Night Together' because they were too racy.
In stores, their 'Forty Licks' album was cut to 36 songs - because of the 'offensive' tracks.
The Shanghai date was a late addition to the band's tour schedule, but Jagger said the group considered a show in the city was a "must".
He said: "We all know that Shanghai is a big important city, so we wanted to make sure it was on our itinerary."

Sir Paul McCartney is paranoid people will forget he was a Beatle.
The legendary musician says he worries new fans will only remember him for his later work - and not what he contributed to the Fab Four.
He confessed to US publication Association of Retired Persons Magazine: "They say John was the Mozart, Paul was the Saileri.
"Like John was the real genius, and I was just the guy who sang 'Yesterday'."
"People say, 'Paul, people know'. But what about in the future? If this revisionism gets around, a lot of kids will say, 'Did he have a group before Wings?'"
Meanwhile, Sir Paul believes John Lennon haunted the recording of the 1995 Beatles single 'Free As A Bird' - in the form of a white peacock.
The legend, Ringo Starr and George Harrison posed for a photograph outside the studio where the track was recorded - when the bird wandered in shot at the last minute.
He said: "It was like John was hanging around. Spooky, eh? We felt that all through the recording."

Britney Spears is in hot water for hiring dwarves to entertain husband Kevin Federline on his birthday.
The pop babe asked two little people to carry a cake to her spouse during his 28th birthday party at exclusive Las Vegas nightspot, Tao, last month.
Britney also arranged for a dwarf-sized Cher look-a-like to perform a duet of 'I Got You Babe' with a diminutive Sonny Bono impersonator.
According to reports, guests at the birthday bash drunkenly cheered as the two dwarves came out with the cake and some unidentified revellers even suggested a dwarf-throwing contest.
Britney, 24, has now been slammed by leading dwarf rights group, the Billy Barty Foundation - named after the late miniature Hollywood veteran - who have branded her actions "wicked".
A leading member of the group said: "It is wicked to hurl abuse at anyone of diminished height simply because they are small.
"We know dwarves and midgets who are immense in stature because of their talent.
"Mostly they are able to rise above any insults. But inevitably, feelings are hurt by nasty comments. There's only one word for it - bullying."

Justin Timberlake has allegedly taken a swipe at Britney Spears' husband Kevin Federline - branding him "gross".
The pop heartthrob also reportedly said he feels sorry for the ‘Toxic’ singer, who he dated for several years.
A source revealed to website MSNBC: "He thinks Kevin is gross, and there's not much that would change his mind about that.
"He says that they [Spears and Timberlake] had a lot of great years together, and he's pretty sad at how things turned out for her."
It's also been claimed Justin - who is now romancing actress Cameron Diaz - would be happy to help Britney plan her pop comeback.
The insider said: "I'll bet if Britney wanted Justin to help her put together a comeback record, he'd jump at the chance.
"He's someone who never backs down from an artistic challenge, and he's said that he'd love to see Britney redeem herself through music - even if he has to give her a push."

50 Cent is set to play a convict boxer in a new film.
The rapper, who made his acting debut in the semi-autobiographical movie 'Get Rich or Die Tryin'', has agreed to star in 'The Dance', which is based on the true story of prison boxing coach Billy "The Kid" Roth.
‘Con Air’ star Nicolas Cage will portray Roth, while 50 will play a promising imprisoned pugilist who his trainer believes has the skills to be a potential champion.
Shooting on the boxing drama is due to begin early next year.
Meanwhile, Mary J. Blige has been boasting about her new friendship with 50.
The singer hasn't been able to stop gushing about the hip-hop star, real name Curtis Jackson, since he got involved in the production of the video for her new single, 'Enough Cryin''.
She said: "Me and my husband have taken him on as a friend. He's someone we know we can talk to and call on if we have a question because, quite frankly, 50 is very intelligent and we really appreciate his expertise and we really appreciate his opinions."

Christina Aguilera has co-written a love song for husband Jordan Bratman.
The star has worked closely with songwriter Linda Perry on tracks 'Candy Man' and 'Save Myself From Me' - which is dedicated to her spouse.
The ‘Dirrty’ vocalist - who last year tied the knot with the music executive - is releasing new album 'Back to Basics' in June.
Aguilera admits recording the LP felt like she was nurturing a new life into the world.
She said: "I feel like I've been pregnant for 18 months - it's been tough."
The blonde has also revealed the album is heavily influenced by early jazz, as well as her favourite pop and soul records from her childhood.
She added: "We dived headfirst into a 20s and 30s vibe. We have a song that sounds like you've just walked into a burlesque club. There's a lot of stuff that people haven't heard from me before. On one song, I'm just above the mic. There's no reverb and no effects. No gimmicks at all - nothing."

Christina Aguilera has reportedly splashed out £25,000 on a painting depicting late British monarch Queen Victoria as a lesbian.
The pop babe is said to have been taken by the controversial art work, created by British graffiti artist Banksy, and decided she wanted it for her home.
The painting shows Victoria - who famously believed women were incapable of being gay when passing anti-homosexual laws during her reign in the late 19th Century - dressed in stockings and suspenders sat on another woman's lap.
A friend of the singer said: "She's a huge fan on Bansky's work."
Meanwhile, Aguilera has claimed making her latest album was the same as being pregnant - twice.
The sexy singer recently put the finishing touches to latest offering 'Back To Basics' and admits recording it felt like she was bringing a new life into the world.
She said: "I feel like I've been pregnant for 18 months - it's been tough."
Aguilera has also revealed the album - the follow-up to 2002's hugely successful 'Stripped' - is heavily influenced by early jazz, as well as her favourite pop and soul records from her childhood.

Whitney Houston had lesbian sex romps when she was high on crack cocaine, it has been alleged.
The star's sister-in-law, Tina Brown - who recently claimed Whitney is hooked on drugs and living in squalor - says the singer has had a string of steamy same-sex affairs.
She is quoted by America's National Enquirer magazine as saying: "It's no secret. I've seen her with a woman a couple of times. They were walking around without shirts on when I came in the house."
Whitney's husband, singer Bobby Brown, apparently knew about the alleged flings.
Tina added: "Bobby would say, 'She's with this one and that one'."
Last month, Tina claimed Whitney - whose stunning looks have been ravaged by her addiction - holes up at seedy crack dens for weeks at a time, indulging in her habit.
She said the singer spends days locked in her bedroom amid piles of garbage, taking drugs and using sex toys.
She also released shocking photographs showing the star's bathroom littered with drug paraphernalia, including a crack-smoking pipe and cocaine-covered spoons.

Beyoncé Knowles has vowed to help Whitney Houston beat her alleged addiction to crack cocaine.
The sexy singer was horrified by reports the 80s pop superstar - who is married to Bobby Brown - is hooked on drugs and living in squalor.
She wrote to Whitney - who discovered Beyoncé and helped write and produce many of her tracks - to offer her support as soon as she read the allegations.
A source is quoted in Britain's Daily Star newspaper as saying: "Beyoncé will do what it takes to sort Whitney out. She needs her friends around her and Beyoncé would never give up on her."
The 'Crazy In Love' singer isn't the only star to have rushed to Whitney's aid.
Last week, Mary J. Blige admitted she is praying for the troubled diva.
She said: "I'm saddened by the whole thing. Whitney is technically the best vocalist in the business."
But the 'One' singer insists the star - whose once stunning looks have been ravaged by her habit - can pull through and re-launch her career.
She said: "Whitney will come through. I have every faith that she will make a breakthrough. I'm just praying for her now."

Elvis Presley's former home is being sold on eBay.
The property in Memphis, Tennessee, is being posted on the internet auction site this month.
The star only lived in the modest ranch-style home - which is the first house he bought after becoming famous in the 50s - for a year.
Meanwhile, Elvis' former wife Priscilla has revealed she thinks the singer would have quit music to become a preacher.
The 60-year-old said: "I could see him going into preaching because that's something he really actually wanted to do from a very young age.
"He loved preachers. Elvis loved to dramatise everything. I think he could see himself doing that."
Priscilla also said she would still have a crush on Elvis if he was alive today.
The youthful-looking star, who began romancing rock's founding father when she was just 14, admitted: "I think he'd still be gorgeous.
"I can't imagine anything him looking anything but tremendous."

Sharon Osbourne had soup thrown at her after appearing in a new play.
The TV star had finished performing in a production of the 'Vagina Monologues', at Southampton's Mayflower Theatre, and had left the venue when she was confronted by yobs outside.
One of the group tossed a cup of soup at Sharon, but luckily it narrowly missed her and instead splattered photographers and her waiting car.
A witness said: "She was about to go after them when her security men held her back. Luckily, she saw the funny side and stayed on to sign autographs."
Sharon was due to appear in the same show last year but pulled out at the last minute after her daughter, Aimee, was diagnosed with breast cancer.
As a result, show bosses sued her for £30,000 - claiming they needed the outspoken star, wife of rocker Ozzy Osbourne, in the production to boost ticket sales.

Mary J. Blige has a new best friend - rapper 50 Cent.
The singer hasn't been able to stop gushing about the hip-hop star since he got involved in the production of the video for her new single, 'Enough Cryin'’.
She is quoted in Scotland's Daily Record newspaper as saying: "Me and my husband took him as friend. He's someone we know we can talk to and call on if we have a question because, quite frankly, 50 is very intelligent and we really appreciate his expertise and we really appreciate his opinions."
Meanwhile, 50 Cent is set to record a song with Michael Jackson.
The rapper's G-Unit bandmate, DJ Whoo Kid, recently met up with the 'Billie Jean' singer, during a trip to Bahrain, and discussed plans for the pair to come together for an unlikely collaboration.
The hip-hop star even gave Jackson a tape with the proposed track on so he could listen to the music before making a decision.
DJ Whoo revealed: "I gave Michael some music. I'm trying to get him to do a song with 50. It will be like the Jackson Two or something."

Liam Gallagher has employed a personal trainer to help him keep up with fitness fanatic girlfriend, Nicole Appleton.
The Oasis frontman has piled on the pounds over the last couple of years and has been encouraged by the former All Saints star to get back into shape.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Liam has been quite self-conscious recently about his body. He has some gym equipment in his house and he and Nicole have been working hard with a personal trainer.
"Liam is really self-motivated about his fitness and wants to keep up with her."
However, Liam’s neighbours may not be thrilled about his new health kick.
In February, the ‘Lyla’ singer faced a noise abatement order when angry residents in London's posh Primrose Hill area complained about the noise he was making on his treadmill.
One neighbour, who lived in the apartment below, said the walls and ceiling shook when Liam used the machine, sometimes causing light bulbs to fall from the neighbour's chandelier.

Robbie Williams is rumoured to be dating a South African model nicknamed 'Slinky' Minki.
The 32-year-old heartthrob singer met Minki van der Westhuizen at a party in Cape Town - and friends say he is completely smitten with the 21-year-old beauty.
A source is quoted in Britain's Daily Star newspaper as saying: "Talk about instant chemistry. Robbie is a huge star and Minki is a very popular model in South Africa. They had a lot to talk about and got on like a house on fire."
The beauty recently split with from South Africa cricket captain Graeme Smith, 25, and is now looking for love again.
Robbie - who is in the country to film the video for upcoming single 'Sin Sin Sin' and to play a series of concerts - now wants the model to show him the sights during his stay.
The source added: "Minki has offered to show him round the country. She is keen - and so is he."

Courtney Love has sold part of Nirvana's back catalogue for £29 million.
The troubled rocker, the widow of the band's late frontman Kurt Cobain, is said to have off-loaded the 25 per cent share in the group's publishing rights for the huge sum to former Virgin Records general manager Larry Mestel.
Love has admitted managing Cobain's estate since he killed himself in 1994 has been "overwhelming" and she believes the share is now in good hands with Mestel.
She said: "I need a partner to take Kurt Cobain's songs and bring them into the future and the next generation."
She also reassured worried Nirvana fans that the music would be used in a "tasteful" fashion.
Following Cobain's suicide, Love, now 41, inherited 98 per cent of the back-catalogue leaving Cobain's bandmates, Krist Novoselic and Dave Grohl, with the remaining part, which includes tracks such as the worldwide hit 'Smells Like Teen Spirit'.
It was previously reported the former Hole singer was on the verge of bankruptcy and was desperate to sell off her rights to Nirvana's much sought after songs.
Meanwhile, Love has written a song about rocker Pete Doherty on her latest album.
The former Hole singer – who is renowned for her own drug use - has decided to dedicate a track to the Babyshambles singer's excesses.
Courtney, widow of the late Kurt Cobain of Nirvana, is currently in the studio recording the album, called 'Sunset Marquise'.

Pink has revealed she keeps her marriage alive with steamy webcam sex sessions.
The outrageous star has only seen new husband Carey Hart, 30, three times since marrying him in January.
Speaking to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, she said: "Our relationship's been like that the whole time we've been together. We've been going out for four or five years and we would just meet in hotel rooms. Now we do the whole webcam thing."
However, Pink said she does worry her raunchy online behaviour may end up in the wrong hands.
She added: "I get a little paranoid I'll press the wrong button and it'll end up on my dad's computer."
Pink, 26, proposed to the motorcycle star by holding up a sign as he sped around a race track, but despite their weird lifestyle, she said she's not afraid he'll stray.
She said: "He's the first guy I've never worried about or felt insecure about being around other girls."
"The day you meet somebody, put your worst foot forward, just to let know you can go there - then be nice."
Pink's new album 'I'm not Dead' is released today (03.04.06).

Pink once smoked "a thousand bags of weed" before performing live - and almost keeled over on stage.
The pop babe went on a drug binge the first time she visited Amsterdam - where cannabis is legal - and didn't come out of her drug-induced daze for several hours.
Pink was so wasted when she recorded some tracks for a TV show, producers told her it was "awful" and asked her to do the whole performance again.
The 26-year-old star - real name Alecia Moore - revealed: "Holy s**t! I was 19, I went straight from the airport to the Bulldog Café, bought a thousand bags of weed and smoked them all by myself and then went on stage.
"It was a TV show and I was borderline collapsing on camera. The producer came on stage and said, 'Would you like to do that again, because that's the most awful performance I've ever seen in my entire career'. I looked at her and said, 'Do what?' It was halfway through dinner after the show when I came out of my coma."
The singer added to Britain's Daily Telegraph newspaper: "At the time it wasn't funny at all."

Pete Doherty is in trouble for walking out of a designer store without paying.
The troubled Babyshambles rocker reportedly picked out a coat, a watch and two scarves at a swanky Burberry store in Austria - then strolled having not splashed out on the scarves.
A shop worker told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "It was bizarre. He paid for the coat and watch but then walked out with two scarves.
"He took a pink one and one for himself that should have cost £175."
Shop workers called the police to apprehend the wild star, who is thought to have rekindled his romance with supermodel Kate Moss, who when confronted about his actions told officers he had simply "forgotten" to pay.
The assistant explained: "I called the police when he left the shop.
"They chased him to the gate and found the scarves on him, he told them he 'forgot' to pay and handed over the €250 in crumpled €5 notes."
Meanwhile, Doherty allegedly caused chaos on his flight home to the UK - by sparking up a cigar.
The star reportedly refused to have stopped smoking and shouted at flight attendants: "F*** off. I could charter my own flight if I wanted."
A source revealed: "When they threatened to throw him off the flight he agreed to put it out, but it took some persuading."

Kate Moss is set to marry on/off lover Pete Doherty in a Scottish castle later this year.
The Babyshambles frontman says the pair - who have been through a series of public break ups and reconciliations - are planning to tie the knot in the autumn.
The drug-addled rocker is quoted in Britain's The Sun newspaper as saying: "We are going to marry. It's going to happen at a Scottish castle somewhere between September and November.
"A posh Scottish castle. That's going to be so cool."
Meanwhile, Kate is reportedly paying £10,000 to repair her lover's bad teeth.
The supermodel has arranged for a top dentist to fix Pete's crooked smile - after years of smoking, drinking and poor personal hygiene have left him with rotten gnashers.
A source is quoted in Britain's Daily Star newspaper as saying: "The only way to save their romance is to save his teeth. Pete suffers from terrible halitosis because he rarely brushes his teeth.
"But he's terrified of losing her so he's agreed to see the dentist."

Kate Moss is to avoid criminal charges over allegations she snorted cocaine.
The supermodel is unlikely even to be cautioned - meaning she will not have a criminal record.
Kate was questioned by police in January after she was photographed apparently using the drug at a London recording studio with then boyfriend Pete Doherty.
The 32-year-old issued a statement admitting "full responsibility" for her actions after the photographs were made public.
But the case was brought to a halt when Kate refused to admit any criminal actions during police questioning.
Legal sources have confirmed to Britain's Daily Mail newspaper that unless sensational new evidence arises Kate will be cleared.
However, Mary Brett, a prominent member of campaign group Europe Against Drugs, has blasted the decision insisting it sends the "wrong messages to young impressionable people".
She fumed: "There is a general acceptance in society that cannabis use is almost normal and that cocaine use - amongst celebrities - is almost fine. It appears there is one law for normal people and another for celebrities."

Kate Moss is reportedly paying on/off lover Pete Doherty to keep his silence about their troubled romance.
The supermodel - who is believed to have rekindled her romance with the cash-strapped Babyshambles rocker - is allegedly so worried he might sell stories about them she gives him piles of cash whenever they meet.
The stunning star is even said to be paying Pete's pals to stop them lifting the lid on their relationship.
A source told Britain's News of the World newspaper: "When she goes to meet him she takes a handbag full of bundled-up banknotes. She says it's to help him get back on his feet.
"Kate is so paranoid about details of her personal life being revealed to the media that she's giving wads of cash to him and his friends to keep everything quiet. She thinks that will prevent him being tempted to sell stories or get his pals to do so."
Meanwhile, Pete is said to have told friends he's planning to tie the knot with Kate this summer.
He reportedly said: "I'm glad it's out in the open. I love Kate and we want to get married in the summer."

David and Victoria Beckham are bringing out the sangria and castanets for their £500,000 Spanish-themed World Cup bash next month.
Princes William and Harry, Tom Cruise and the England football team will be among the 400 guests invited to the charity party.
Flamenco dancing and other traditional Spanish performances are expected to feature at the exclusive do on May 21, which has been themed in honour of David’s team, Real Madrid.
The Beckhams, who now mainly live in Madrid, also have a number of other surprises tucked up their sleeves to transform their Hertfordshire home, which is known as Beckingham Palace.
Women will be asked to wear "full-length and fabulous" Spanish gowns with lots of traditional jewellery.
British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey has been put in charge of the food and has been out to Spain recently to look for inspiration.
